Job Description

PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:

El rol de representante de ventas LSD tiene como objetivo generar demanda y posicionamiento de los productos de especialidad en su territorio, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de cada HCPs (Profesionales al cuidado de la salud), para de esta manera poder alcanzar las metas y objetivos planteados por la franquicia. 

La posición reporta al Sales Manager Rare Diseases y este rol se encuentra basado en Bogotá, Colombia.

RESPONSABILDADES:

  • Realizar la segmentación y targeting de los KOLs e instituciones claves.
  • Implementar métodos digitales con total entendimiento de la estrategia de omnicanalidad.
  • Diseñar e implementar planes de cuenta buscando potencializar la zona a cargo.
  • Liderar estrategias y tácticas de marketing relacionadas para concientizar sobre la enfermedad y los productos del portafolio con el material adecuado.
  • Aplicar técnicas de venta que ofrece la empresa, reporte y seguimiento de visitas en CRM.
  • Alcanzar los objetivos de rendimiento establecidos por los KPI de la Franquicia, garantizando la cobertura de los HCPs y la frecuencia adecuada de acuerdo con la segmentación.
  • Crear conciencia y fidelización, identificando nuevos pacientes a través de las visitas a los HCPs y mensajes promocionales (ayudas visuales y artículos científicos).  

HABILIDADES, COMPETENCIAS Y EXPERIENCIA:

  • Profesional en carreras carreras administrativas, mercadeo, profesionales de la salud
  • 3-5 años de experiencia en compañías farmacéuticas. 
  • Experiencia en alto costo o líneas especializadas. 
  • Deseable experiencia en manejo de productos para enfermedades huérfanas.
  • Comprensión del sistema de salud colombiano.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Conocimiento básico de inglés. 
  • Experiencia con programas de gestión de relaciones con clientes (CRM). 
  • Trabajo en equipo. 
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Habilidad para comunicarse efectiva y asertivamente. 
  • Capacidad para entrenarse de manera continua en estudios clínicos y nuevos avances.
