 PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO
El Value Payer Lead será el enlace estratégico con los pagadores del sistema de salud, liderando la gestión de clientes y las estrategias de acceso para maximizar las oportunidades del portafolio de Takeda. Asegurando su inclusión en esquemas de cobertura y procesos de precios con aseguradoras y prestadores. Se busca un profesional innovador, con fuerte enfoque digital y experiencia en contratos basados en valor y resultados, que además impulse el acceso del pipeline futuro en áreas como Dermatología, SNC y Hematología dentro del sector privado.

RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Diseñar e implementar contratos inteligentes basados en resultados con pagadores privados, utilizando datos clínicos, funcionales y de calidad de vida.
  • Liderar el desarrollo y uso de herramientas y plataformas digitales para ejecutar y monitorear los contratos.
  • Promover un enfoque tecnológico en todas las interacciones con los pagadores.
  • Colaborar con equipos médicos, de acceso, legales y digitales para asegurar viabilidad, cumplimiento y escalabilidad de los modelos.
  • Impulsar estrategias de relacionamiento que garanticen acceso oportuno y sostenible en áreas terapéuticas clave, incluyendo el pipeline futuro.
  • Traducir evidencia clínica y económica en propuestas de valor claras para los pagadores.
  • Monitorear el desempeño de los contratos y ajustar los modelos según resultados reales y retroalimentación de stakeholders.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias globales en salud basada en valor y contratos digitales para orientar la estrategia local.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión manteniendo relaciones sólidas con los stakeholders.
  • Analizar el mercado, tendencias y competencia para desarrollar estrategias enfocadas en los clientes asignados.

HABILIDADES, COMPETENCIAS Y    EXPERIENCIA:
  • Profesional en áreas de salud, ingeniería comercial, finanzas, negocios o afines.
  • Conocimiento del sistema de salud chileno, incluyendo FONASA e ISAPRE, y experiencia en modelos de acceso y pricing.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles relacionados con Value Payer, acceso al mercado, finanzas o consumo masivo. Preferible si ha trabajado con el sistema de salud chileno. 
  • Capacidad para ejecutar proyectos y modelos, con fuerte enfoque en resultados y negociación con prestadores y pagadores.
  • Proactividad, responsabilidad y disposición para proponer ideas, aprender rápidamente y adaptarse a nuevos desafíos.
  • Habilidad analítica y manejo de números para respaldar decisiones estratégicas.
  • Basado en Santiago de Chile,  con autonomía para liderar iniciativas.
