Job Title: Quality Control Technician - Categorie Pro

Location: Pisa

Objective:

•           Coordinare i fornitori locali gestiti tramite l’applicativo TW

•           Coordinare i change request tramite l’applicativo TW

•           Calcolare e monitorare i KPI specifici

•           Supportare il reparto Quality Compliance nella gestione degli audit ai fornitori locali

Responsibilities of Quality Control Technician are the following:

•           Il dipendente è deputato al ricevimento dei campioni all’interno del laboratorio QC;

•           Esegue test chimici, fisici e microbiologici su campioni di monitoraggio ambientale (acque di stabilimento, cleaning delle attrezzature, campionamenti ambientali), intermedi processo e prodotti finiti;

•           Esegue campionamenti particellari e microbiologici nelle aree classificate di produzione e QC.

•           Esegue campionamenti dei punti di spillaggio degli impianti di acqua e utilities.

•           Partecipa ad attività di validazioni;

•           Lavora assicurando la conformità alle SOPs locali, Specifiche, GLP e cGMP

Job Description / Role Profile

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise

•           E’ deputato al ricevimento dei campioni all’interno del laboratorio QC

•           Esegue i test chimici, fisici e microbiologici riguardanti acqua di stabilimento, cleaning delle attrezzature, intermedi di processo e prodotti finiti

•           Opera garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche nell’esecuzione dei test.

•           Partecipa a investigazioni di Laboratorio e alla scrittura di documenti correlati a deviazioni, metodi analitici ed equipment SOPs dell’area di competenza;

•           Usa strumenti di laboratorio e sistemi computerizzati e garantisce l’integrità dei dati.

•           Esegue campionamenti particellari e microbiologici nelle aree classificate di produzione e QC.

•           Esegue campionamenti dei punti di spillaggio degli impianti di acqua e utilities.

•           Partecipa attivamente a progetti di stabilimento per lo sviluppo di nuovi metodi  e l’introduzione di nuovi strumenti analitici.

•           Valutazione dell’attendibilità dei dati analitici.

•           Capacità di risoluzione dei problemi riguardanti la strumentazione e i metodi analitici

•           Collaborazione con i reparti di produzione, magazzino, ingegneria e quality assurance per il coordinamento delle attività di routine

Qualifications:

•           Istruzione tecnico scientifica nell’ambito chimico o biologico
