ROLE OBJECTIVE
Supply & Demand lead is responsible for the management of Takeda Israel supply and logistics
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Lead and continuously improve the Demand Planning/Forecasting processes for all locally distributed finished products, including gathering information, observe sales trends, leadership of Adhoc Brand forecast review meetings
• Accountable for supply assurance and inventory planning:, continuously monitor inventory levels and supply plan, proactively identify and coordinate with global SC to mitigate supply risks.
• Proactively work to minimize write-offs
• Serve as focal point between many interfaces within the organisation: Regulatory, Quality, Market Access, marketing, Finance and global SC
• Lead and support projects related to process improvements, system implementations, company integration and business strategy.
• Take part in S&OP meetings (internal, external)
• Lead new product launch process, drive cross-functional alignment
• Work with multiple, complex global interfaces.
• Monitor the 4PL’s operational performance and compliance against agreed service levels and implement required corrective actions when necessary.
• Responsible for month end closing process (logistics related), manage reconciliation process, analysis and annual physical inventory activities
SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
B.A in economy , business Administration, logistics management , industrial engineering & management or similar qualification
At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, and/or logistics environment
SAP experience strongly preferred
High level of analytical skills; problem-solving, prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient
Effective manner and communicate with all levels of management
Hands-on personality, high attention to details capability
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Proactive, business partnering oriented with a can-do attitude.
Personal skills:
Strong business acumen with sense of prioritization and Problem solving ability/mentality
Solid communicator with strong influential skills including Inquisitive/questioning thinking
Prepared to challenge accepted thinking/current methods with high Inclusiveness and understanding to educate and drive a change in the organizational mindset
