We are currently recruiting a Digital & Data Specialist for Takeda in Israel.
ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Digital and Data Specialist supports Takeda Israel’s digital transformation and commercial excellence by enabling growth opportunities through improved digital engagement and actionable data insights. This junior role combines OCE, patient journey support mainly for future launches in Derma/Rheumatology space, and foundational insights & analytics (I&A), contributing to business strategies, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Omnichannel Campaigns: Support planning, setup, and monitoring of omnichannel marketing and patient journey campaigns, working with local and regional teams and agencies to ensure effective execution and alignment with brand goals.
Digital Tools & Platforms: Learn and assist in the implementation and use of marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and content management tools (e.g., SFMC, Shaman, PowerBI dashboards etc.).
Campaign Performance: Collect, structure, and report on key metrics and KPIs for digital campaigns, providing regular updates and helping to transform digital data into practical business insights, in collaboration with I&A manager
Data Integration: Assist in gathering and integrating sales, customer, digital, and market data from various sources for basic reporting, dashboards, and insight generation.
Customer Journey Support: Contribute to the design and improvement of HCP and patient journeys to ensure positive engagement and drive continuous optimization.
Digital Governance: Support proper governance for digital initiatives, helping oversee campaign calendar quality, compliance to standards, and maintenance of HCP databases.
Best Practice Ambassador: Actively learn and share digital and data learnings, bringing in ideas and best practices from the digital community within Takeda.
Vendor and Agency Support: Assist in managing relationships with external partners and content agencies as required.
Support budget planning of digital initiatives
SKILLS and LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or related field
Strong external customer focus and keen interest in digital and data-driven strategies
Eager learner able to adapt quickly to new systems and complex environments
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (email, website, automation, analytics, social media)
Understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (Excel essential; PowerBI a plus)
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and external vendors
Good project management and organizational skills
Analytical mindset coupled with strong problem-solving ability
Effective communicator, both written and spoken English & Hebrew
