募集部門の紹介
日本法務では約30名のメンバーが東京と大阪で勤務しており、社内関係部門への法務サポートの提供、日本における法務問題への対応、そして株主総会および取締役会の事務局業務を担っております。 また、他地域の法務と協力してグローバルなプロジェクトや法務問題に関する法務サポートを行っております。 わたしたちは、世界中の人々の健康と、輝かしい未来に貢献するため、社内関係部門の皆さんから信頼される法務アドバイザーとして共に邁進し続けます。
職務内容
基本的に下記を予定しておりますが適性やグループ運営状況により変更はあり得ます。
- 株主名簿管理人(三菱UFJ信託銀行)や社内関係部門と連携して、当社株式事務(配当金支払管理、単元未満株式の買取・買増、期末株式事務など)を遂行する。
- 事業報告、有価証券報告書、20-F等にかかる株式関係部分のデータを作成して、依頼部門に提供するほか、株主データに関するその他照会に対応する。
- 株主からの照会事項に対応する。
- 株主総会招集通知の原稿作成、および招集通知を含む印刷物の企画、作成(印刷会社との折衝等を含む)
- 株主総会事前準備・当日運営の企画・実施
- 会社法・金融商品取引法に基づき備置しまたは縦覧に供すべき書類の管理(取締役会議事録の製本作成を含む)
- 上記にかかわる会計業務および予算実績管理業務
- グループの庶務業務

・高卒以上
<実務経験>
・当社またはその他の企業での会計処理業務(担当者レベル)
<スキル・資格>
・会社法や株式実務等業務関連知識を学ぶ意欲や姿勢
<語学>
・担当業務にかかわる英文メールを理解して業務に当たることができ、簡単な(=込み入った事情があるものではない)英文メールを書くことができるレベル

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:
Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
