SAP S/4HANA Project Manager (m/w/d)

The role is fixed term until 31st of March 2028.

As part of the Business Excellence team, lead the end‑to‑end deployment of Takeda’s S/4HANA process model at the Oranienburg site—ensuring readiness, compliance, stable operations, and uninterrupted supply throughout the transformation.

How you will contribute:

  • Act as the single point of accountability for site Takami deployment.
  • Align site teams with global standards while safeguarding operational performance.
  • Orchestrate site sprints, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Drive readiness across processes, data, systems, compliance, and people.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and business continuity.
  • Lead change, communication, and training efforts.
  • Partner closely with Site Leadership, OpU, GSQ, DD&T, and Global Process Experts.
  • Govern site deployment and represent site needs in global forums.
  • Lead gap analysis and integration topics (MES, LIMS, maintenance systems).
  • Secure and coordinate SMEs for design, testing, data, and cutover.
  • Ensure master data quality and readiness for validation and migration.
  • Plan and safeguard cutover with strong contingency measures.
  • Maintain manufacturing and quality stability during transition.

What you bring to Takeda:

Expertise Required

  • Strong program/project leadership in large‑scale transformations (ideally SAP).
  • Deep operational understanding across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Experience driving change, readiness, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Robust risk and stakeholder management in regulated environments.

Leadership Capabilities

  • Influence senior stakeholders and secure resources.
  • Make fast, outcome‑driven decisions in complex settings.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams through pressure and change.

Preferred

  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
  • SAP/S4 deployment or global template rollout experience.

In this position you will report to the Head of Business Excellence.
