Job Description

Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is a global function and key business partner for Takeda providing simplified and innovative solutions across Finance, Procurement and HR. These create value to the business by freeing up resources from employees to better focus on patients and core operations. TBS is a driver of the latest technology and next generation capabilities in artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, and analytics, while being agile at scale. We have established a global network of core hubs and delivery centres to better anticipate needs and operate in a seamless, collaborative way to maximize value. 

Internal Controls and Transformation Manager will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing of all TBS Finance processes

  • Documenting all process changes (new SOPs, policies, etc.)

  • Improving the new ERP system to ensure compliance with control requirements

  • Communicating with other departments to align on new approaches

  • Reviewing and updating the risk control matrix

Main Duties:

  • Review of all financial processes within new ERP system

  • Document all changes in SOPs, policies

  • Align renewed control with Global TBS RCM

  • Communicate with 1C support team to handle all system changes and improvements

  • Implement new controls tool (instead of global one)

  • Align with local controller segregation of control ownership

  • Assist in production processes review (new setup in 1C)

Required Qualification and Competencies:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Finance/Controls/System implementation

  • Proven knowledge and understanding of Finance, Risks, Project management, Controls

  • ERP experience (preferred 1C)

  • Proficiency in English language, verbal and written

  • Customer сentric and solutions orientated aptitude with demonstrable experience in providing solutions based on customer needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with evident relationship building with professionals inside and outside the organization

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry would be preferred
