In response to our recent organisational evolution, the Strategic Programme Manager role has been established to drive alignment with our overarching strategic objectives and to augment our operational efficiency. This pivotal position is crafted to address the dynamic and evolving needs of our business, ensuring our continued agility and responsiveness in an ever-changing environment.

This role encompasses two main areas of focus Immunoglobulins (IGs) Supply Management & Trust Allocations and Strategic Vision and Event Management for RBU.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Immunoglobulins (IGs) Supply Management & Trust Allocations

  • Collaborate with international PDT allocations, UK supply chain, marketing, KAMs, hospital pharmacies, and senior NHS customers to ensure sales align closely with allocation targets.

  • Manage Trust allocations following MRP/Tender Awards, ensuring accountability for delivered volumes.

  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with NHS customers, maintaining safety stock levels above contracted requirements, while managing expectations through strategic communication.

  • Facilitate precise SKU forecasting in conjunction with the UK supply team to meet market demands and NHS customer needs.

  • Work alongside the Tender Manager to deliver insightful feedback to the Authority regarding trust performance, informed by NHS customer interactions.

Strategic Vision and Event Management for RBU

  • Direct the strategic orientation for RBU’s large-scale meetings and events, prioritising innovation and customer engagement.

  • Partner with marketing managers, medical teams, and external partners to orchestrate cohesive, strategy-focused events.

  • Craft and execute project plans to ensure successful events delivered within financial constraints.

  • Harmonise event goals with customer expectations to optimise engagement results.

  • Oversee the development of innovative content strategies, working with Marketing/DDT to ensure integrated campaign journeys enhance the customer experience

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree within life science

  • At least 5 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry within sales or marketing in the UK

  • Experience with customers in NHS and a good understanding of the UK healthcare landscape

  • Experience with program and project management as well as leading cross functional teams

  • Experience with supply management is a plus

  • High levels of learning agility; adept self-starter; outstanding communicator and collaborator across organisational levels.

  • Meticulous attention to detail paired with strong project management capabilities, adept at prioritising effectively in multifaceted situations.

  • Results-oriented with a proven history of delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
