About the Role

In this vital position within our TBS Procurement Solutions function, you'll be part of a global team that provides sourcing and supplier enablement support to Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Procurement (GREFP). Your efforts will help us build and deliver innovative solutions that unlock the value of data for our global business, ultimately supporting Takeda's commitment to patients.

As a detail-oriented Preferred Suppliers Onboarding Specialist, you'll:

• Collaborate with business and supplier owners to understand their requirements and guide them through the TPRM process.

• Facilitate the onboarding of preferred suppliers by collecting necessary documentation, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance throughout the onboarding process.

• Work closely with internal teams to streamline onboarding procedures and improve efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of supplier onboarding activities and ensure all documentation is up to date.

What You Need

Required Qualifications:

• Very good level of English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for engaging with people and colleagues

• Strong customer-centric mindset

• Enjoy helping people understand processes and solve challenges

• Skilled at managing multiple tasks and thriving in a dynamic environment

• Effective time-management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field

• Experience in supplier onboarding, TPRM, or vendor management
