About the role:

Join Takeda as the People Analytics Measurement Lead (Associate Director level) located in Lexington, MA where you will lead our employee listening program and drive research to better understand our employees and the impacts of our HR processes.  As part of the People Analytics team, you will report to the Head of Global People Analytics and work closely with our Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning organizations. 

How you will contribute:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the employee survey programs, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define survey objectives, design questions, and establish a comprehensive survey strategy aligned with organizational goals. 

  • Lead the integration of employee feedback data with other key business metrics to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of organizational effectiveness and employee sentiment. 

  • Conceive, design, socialize and execute on research that drive actions that improve employee outcomes. 

  • Develop and implement measurement strategies to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives to enable continuous improvement, creating measures (e.g., targeted surveys; qualitative standards) when necessary. 

  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends related to employee listening and behavioral science. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR Partners, HR COEs, business leaders, and external survey vendors. 

  • Make connections between HR business questions and analytical possibilities to prioritize work and get organization buy-in on research and solutions. 

  • Be a strong advocate and defender of Data Privacy and partner with stakeholders in HR, Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy, Legal, etc.… to ensure that we are compliant, respectful, and transparent about the work that we do. 

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Quantitative Degree (Mathematics, Physics, Economics, etc.) with strong understanding of applied I/O Psychology, behavioral economics or other social science field. 

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in people/ business analytics utilizing analytics to improve business outcomes or related experience. 

  • Experience with qualitative research, design and analysis of surveys. 

  • Experience with: multivariate statistics, (e.g., machine learning, multiple regression, structural equation modeling, trend analyses) program evaluation, survey research, data acquisition and organization for the purposes of building statistical models. 

  • Advanced proficiency in statistical software package(s) (e.g., data query tools, SQL, Python, R, Data Bricks). 

  • Agile and able to work in ambiguous situations; experience in leading self and others to resolve issues with higher levels of management; Identify and resolve complex, technical operational and organizational problems. 

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to distill and articulate key messages to executives, stakeholders and customers. 

  • Understanding of multiple functions of HR (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, HR Operations and Technology, Organizational Development, and/or Change Management).

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$149,100.00 - $234,300.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
