The Opportunity

As a Customer Facing Analytics Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end analytics solutions that leverage the capabilities of Customer facing applications such as Veeva CRM , Sales force Marketing Cloud , Patient Applications , Website Analytics etc. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing system architectures, and overseeing the implementation process. You will utilize your expertise in Data and Analytics to provide technical guidance and ensure the successful integration of these platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate with development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. As a Solution Architect, you will be a strategic partner to the business, translating requirements into scalable and efficient solutions. Your responsibilities will also include providing guidance on system enhancements, staying up to date with platform updates, and leading the evaluation and adoption of new features.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design end-to-end analytics solutions that leverage the Enterprise Data Backbone stack.
  • Create solution architectures, data models, and integration frameworks to ensure data and dashboarding are made available from Customer Facing Platforms into the Enterprise Data Backbone system.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams, assisting with solution implementation and troubleshooting. Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor team members on Enterprise Product Standards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the end-to-end data and dashboard processes using the features and capabilities of Enterprise Data backbone. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features, updates, and best practices for Data and Reporting working / partnering with the Enterprise Data Platforms and Architect teams. Lead the evaluation and adoption of new Enterprise data framework and features, assess the impact on existing solutions, and provide recommendations for upgrades and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create technical documentation, including solution design documents, integration specifications, and user guides.

Skills and Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience working in Data and Analytics Initiatives as an architect or Project Leader.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Data and Analytics tools, including AWS, Qlik-Sense, Power Bi and Databricks
  • Proficiency in utilizing platform functionalities, data models, workflows, and security settings.
  • Proven ability to design scalable and efficient solutions in the Data side.
  • Strong understanding of system architectures, integration patterns, and data models. Experience in designing end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Industry knowledge on Customer facing tools like Veeva CRM, SFMC, Web and Mobile Analytics especially knowledge on ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and mentoring development teams. Ability to provide technical guidance, set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Relevant certifications in AWS, Qlik, Databricks are highly valued.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English in both verbal and written communication is a must
