Job Description
Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company that will inspire you and empower you to shine? Join us as the Executive Search Coordinator located in Lexington, MA, supporting our Head of Executive Search and Sourcing & Talent Intelligence along with key stakeholders in the business. In this role. your primary responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, job requisition management, administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, and related executive search projects.
How you will contribute:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities, ensuring all logistics are in place and all parties involved are well-informed.
Maintain and update related databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
Coordinate background screenings and related pre-onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Support the preparation of requisitions and employment offers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide administrative support to the executive search team, including managing calendars for interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, and preparing meeting materials.
Partnering with the executive search team on related project work.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role, preferably in executive search or high-level recruitment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using recruitment software and databases such as Workday.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and key stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to serve as a point of contact for the candidate and leader on the day of interviews.
Ability to be on-site for interviews to shepherd candidates to appropriate rooms on interview days.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
This is a hybrid role which will require flexibility to work onsite out of our Cambridge, MA office for a minimum of ~10 days each month, maybe more depending on interview schedules.

$86,500.00 - $135,960.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
