Copilot Integrations & Connectors Platform Manager

About the role:

As the Copilot Integrations & Connectors Platform Manager, you will be empowered to define, establish, and maintain the portfolio of integrations driving the experience of AI serving 60,000 users at Takeda.  You will partner with business teams and leadership stakeholders to maximize the use of scalable enterprise services built on north star application platforms.  As part of the Digital People Experience team, you will report to the Head of Apps & Automation. Join Takeda as a Copilot Integrations & Connectors Platform Manager where you will collaborate with platform owners and architects to develop a portfolio of connectors that can be utilized by AI, along with the necessary metadata for AI to determine when to call them. You will also build and maintain power platform connectors that can be used within PowerApps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. As part of the Intelligent Workplace Platform & Services you will report to Head of Apps & Automation Platform-Intelligent Workplace Platform & Service and work with key stakeholders.

How you will contribute:

  • Engage with business teams to understand their integration needs, providing expert advice on content integrations and generative action connectors.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of connectors, enabling seamless integration with AI systems.

  • Define and implement the metadata requirements for each connector to ensure AI systems can effectively determine their usage.

  • Oversee the implementation of integrations, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Provide leadership and direction to geographically dispersed development teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • Manage and influence key stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for integration processes and connector usage.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of integrations, implementing improvements and optimizations as necessary.

  • Lead technical discussions and presentations with business teams, providing insights and recommendations for integration strategies.

  • Ensure that all integrations adhere to enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

    • Extensive experience in Microsoft development platforms, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

    • Proven experience leading technical teams with geographically dispersed developers.

    • Strong engineering and engineering team leadership background.

    • Experience in platform management and integration strategies.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Preferred:

    • Master’s degree or equivalent.

    • Experience working in a global organization.

    • Professional certifications in relevant technologies and platforms.

    • Understanding of AI systems and their integration with enterprise platforms.

    • Experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$149,100.00 - $234,300.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
