Job Description

Support site execution of continuous improvement by helping to make performance visible through data gathering, visualization, and analysis. Develop digital tools, as applicable, to support site capability to identify problems/gaps and reduce variation.

Internship Development Opportunities:

• Exposure to commercial biologics manufacturing processes
•  Ability to work with senior leadership and cross functional stakeholders to improve systems and processes while building lean/six sigma knowledge.
  

Job Requirements:

• This position is a fully onsite position located in Lexington, MA
• Undergraduate, Graduate, PhD, student with completion of a minimum of one year of university studies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with data science and data analytics.
  

Internship Eligibility

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2025 or later
• The internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (June 2nd- August 22nd) or (June 16th - August 29th)
  • The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames
• Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates
• Takeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support for the U.S Summer Internship Program

For Location:

U.S. Hourly Wage Range:

$21.00 - $46.00
