Job Description
About the role:
The EM analyst is responsible to perform release and EM tests for all Takeda buildings involved in the Ig Production.
AM-PM Shift.
How you will contribute:
Accountabilities
Perform Environmental Monitoring testing (EM sampling of surface/particles viable & no-viable/compressed air/water/steam, etc… in the different production areas as well as aseptic zone, NFC, etc.) according to the established schedule and within the required deadlines) following applicable procedures and record results within the LIMS system.
Perform double-check of results assay following applicable procedures and approve results within the Lims system.
Perform transfers of the different samples to the appropriate labs.
Comply with the rules of good laboratory practice, documentation, as well to the safety and the environment.
Participate in the management, inventory and order of specific reagents.
Perform maintenance and ensure the validity of the equipment in terms of maintenance and calibration qualification (in-date calibration, in-date maintenance and the calibration range).
Initiate investigation form in case of Out Of Specification results.
Participate, to assure accuracy and continuous improvement of the efficiency of the service, changes in test procedures, use of equipment and reagents.
What you bring to Takeda:
Educational: Scientific bachelor. If no Scientific bachelor, experience in a pharmaceutical is needed.
Behavioral: flexible, good organization.
Competencies and Skills: Autonomous, team spirit, adaptability, good communication.
Familiar with digital and technologies.
Fluent in French.
Important considerations:
At Takeda, our patients rely on us to deliver quality products. As a result, we must follow strict rules in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering the quality of the product. In this role, you may:
Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.
Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
Work multiple shifts (06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00), or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.
