Job Description

他社がマネできない付加価値の高い無菌製剤バルク(シリンジ充填する前の粉末)を、アイソレータを使って無菌製造しています。製剤製造に必要となる注射用水製造、蒸気滅菌、アイソレータ除染、ろ過滅菌、凍結乾燥、環境調査を含む工程管理など多くのプロセスを3つのファンクションユニットで行っています。 

生産サイクル

製剤製造グループでは、安定的かつ効率的な生産を目的に、7日サイクルの生産体制を採用しています。日曜日から金曜日を生産日とし、各工程を計画的に実施。土曜日は生産を行わず、設備準備に充てるというサイクルになっています。 

勤務体系（シフト勤務・変形労働時間制）

製剤製造グループでは、変形労働時間制のシフト勤務を採用しています。生産キャンペーン時には、3ヵ月間を一つの期間として勤務時間に大きな偏りが生じないよう、複数のパターンを組み合わせて運用しています。標準的な日勤（8:00-16:45）に加えて、長日（7:30-19:30）、夜勤（19:30-7:30）や遅出勤務（13:00-21:45）が発生する場合があります。が、連続性や負荷の偏りに配慮した設計としており、１人あたり月に２回ある夜勤後は48時間の休息時間を確保しています。また、土日祝日を含むシフト勤務となりますが、土日祝日に出勤した場合は、その分を平日に休みとして調整する運用となっています。なお、本勤務体系は現時点での運用内容であり、将来的な生産体制や設備状況の変化に応じて、見直される可能性があります。

• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
