Job Description

他社がマネできない付加価値の高い無菌製剤バルク(シリンジ充填する前の粉末)を、アイソレータを使って無菌製造しています。製剤製造に必要となる注射用水製造、蒸気滅菌、アイソレータ除染、ろ過滅菌、凍結乾燥、環境調査を含む工程管理など多くのプロセスを3つのファンクションユニットで行っています。 

生産サイクル

製剤製造グループでは、安定的かつ効率的な生産を目的に、7日サイクルの生産体制を採用しています。日曜日から金曜日を生産日とし、各工程を計画的に実施。土曜日は生産を行わず、設備準備に充てるというサイクルになっています。 

勤務体系(シフト勤務・変形労働時間制)

製剤製造グループでは、変形労働時間制のシフト勤務を採用しています。生産キャンペーン時には、3ヵ月間を一つの期間として勤務時間に大きな偏りが生じないよう、複数のパターンを組み合わせて運用しています。標準的な日勤(8:00-16:45)に加えて、長日(7:30-19:30)、夜勤(19:30-7:30)や遅出勤務(13:00-21:45)が発生する場合があります。が、連続性や負荷の偏りに配慮した設計としており、1人あたり月に2回ある夜勤後は48時間の休息時間を確保しています。また、土日祝日を含むシフト勤務となりますが、土日祝日に出勤した場合は、その分を平日に休みとして調整する運用となっています。なお、本勤務体系は現時点での運用内容であり、将来的な生産体制や設備状況の変化に応じて、見直される可能性があります。

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

  • Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
