Missão:
Este cargo tem como missão principalassistir a área de produção, prestando suporte administrativo a área produtiva.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Cumprir as normas de boas práticas de manufatura, elaborando e revisando quando necessário osprocedimentos operacionais e as prescrições de fabricação/embalagem, bem como realizar treinamentos;

  • Efetuar conferência e encerramento de prescrições de embalagem/manipulação;

  • Garantir a disponibilidade das documentações produtivas para a garantia da qualidade, conforme os prazos assumidos;

  • Orientar e treinar os operadores, quando necessário, nos itens relacionados ao preenchimento e encerramento de documentação produtiva;

  • Suportar na resolução de problemas da documentação produtiva;

  • Controlar os procedimentos operacionais das áreas produtivas, assegurando que os mesmos estejam atualizados;

  • Elaborar, revisar e controlar documentos produtivos dentro do sistema de qualidade, seguindo os padrões estabelecidos;

  • Revisar as prescrições de embalagem e fabricação atendendo as necessidades do produto, processo e área;

Pré-requisitos:

  • Cursando graduação em Farmácia, Administração ou Engenharia de Produção (com disponibilidade para estagiar pelo período de 2 anos);

  • Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office;

  • Inglês básico;

  • Desejável conhecimento em planejamento e controle da produção;

  • Desejável conhecimento em SAP;

  • Ser proativo, cultivar relações, conhecer nosso negócio, demonstrar flexibilidade, ser consciente, tomar iniciativa e cooperação transversal

  • Comprometimento em aprimorar e abraçar a cultura de DE&I.
