私たちの部門（GVBU　ジャパンワクチンマニュファクチャリング）では、高品質なワクチン注射剤の治験薬製造や商用生産を通じて、世界中の人々の健康と医療の未来に貢献しています。

現在では、麻しん、風しん、おたふくかぜ、インフルエンザ、新型コロナウイルス感染症のワクチン製造事業を行っております。これらのワクチン製品を安定供給し、公衆衛生に寄与していく必要があります。是非、我々と共に新しいワクチン開発・製造を成し遂げませんか！

職務内容

生物学的製剤におけるワクチン製造工程の管理・監督、および以下のような周辺業務の統括：

製造工程や設備のバリデーション／クオリフィケーションの計画および進捗管理

ワクチン製造に関わるドキュメントの作成

当局の査察の対応及びその指揮・調整

生産トラブルへの対応およびチームサポート

応募要件

• 学歴：高校卒業以上
• 実務経験：

　【必須要件】

　医薬品、或いはワクチンの製造もしくは研究/技術・試験業務の経験

　生産トラブル対応や、製造工程・設備のバリデーション／クオリフィケーションの実務経験

　部下やチームのマネジメント経験、ピープルマネジメント経験

　【望ましい要件】

　当局査察の対応経験が豊富な方

　無菌医薬品の製造や管理に精通した方

• 語学（ビジネスレベルの英語／日本語、等）: 英語（読み書き・会話）のスキル及び必要に応じた習得意欲があれば望ましいが必須とはしない

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

• Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

• Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

• Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.

Important Notice concerning working conditions:

• It is possible the job scope may change at the company’s discretion.

• Fixed-term contracts may be renewed after the end of the contract period based on the workload and employee performance. The total contract duration shall not exceed 5 years.
