Job Description

• 製造指図記録書および点検記録書等の文書を詳細かつ正確に理解し記録する。
• 医薬品製造設備・設備の清掃手順に沿って、清掃を実施する。
• 医薬製造機械を作動させ、医薬品包装業務をSOP手順に従って実行する。
• 医薬品製造（包装）の遂行に関連した一切の段取り業務を行う。
• 医薬製造機械の品目切替の作業を行う。
• トラブルに関連する問題の是正措置を特定し、対応する。
• 担当業務単位操作の記録を行う。
• 必要な工程内製品品質チェックとその記録を正確に実施する。
• 業務を安全かつ効率的に遂行する。
• チームの一員として、他者と協力して仕事をする。
• オペレーターのOJTを支援する。
• 新たな職務に就くときは教育を実施しOJT完了後職務に従事する。
• 安全な方法で業務を完了する。
• ファンクションリーダー(スーパーバイザー)に問題を効果的に伝える。
• すべてのcGMP、コンプライアンス/規制上の義務および品質要件を順守する。
• 継続的改善機会(AGILE)の特定と実施を支援/関与/主導する。
• その他、部門目標、タケダイズムに合致した関連業務を担当する。

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

• Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

• Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
