募集部門の紹介

創薬研究より見出される新薬候補化合物の有効性・安全性を最大限に高め、かつ、患者さんにとって服用しやすい”カタチ”へ仕上げていくためには、製剤化する技術が不可欠です。治療モダリティの多様化に伴い、必要とされる製剤技術や投与ルートも多様化する中で、我々は、最適な技術と剤形の選択により候補化合物の課題を解決し、患者さんのQOL・利便性向上を目指して研究・開発を行っています。前臨床段階から、臨床試験、薬事申請、製品上市まで開発プログラムに参画し、グローバルおよびローカルの関係部門と連携しながら、製品設計、プロセス開発、治験薬製造、スケールアップ・技術移管、薬事申請などを行います。

現在、R&Dの最優先課題の一つである早期臨床試験の加速を目的に、湘南iPark内に無菌製剤の治験薬製造設備を建築しており、この新規設備のQualificationやQMS構築業務、設備完成後はGMP製造業務を担って行く予定です。

職務内容

• 無菌製剤（注射剤等）に関する治験薬製造業務

• 無菌製剤設備導入や改造に関するCommissioningおよび Qualification業務(Validation計画立案、文書作成および管理)

• 各種vendor のQualification 業務の監督

• GMP製造や設備に関わるSOP整備・管理業務サポート

• GMP査察対応

• 製剤開発担当者と連携して治験薬製造の計画およびスケジュール調整を行う

• 設備の改造や新設備の導入の推進

• 各種データや製造技術に対するデジタル化の推進

応募要件

＜学歴＞

高卒・高専卒以上で、下記の実務経験を有する方

＜実務経験＞

• 無菌製剤（注射剤）のGMP製造経験をお持ちで、生産技術等の経験がある方

＜スキル・資格＞ 

• cGMPをはじめとした規制・ガイドラインに関する知識

• 無菌製剤の無菌性保証に関する知識

＜語学＞

• 将来英語で業務を遂行できるレベルを目指す方が望ましい
