募集部門の紹介

成田工場のビジネスエクセレンス室には、工場の改善を推進するオペレーショナルエクセレンスチーム、工場内の学習をサポートするラーニングチーム、およびプロジェクト管理のプロジェクトマネジメントチームがあり、成田工場全体の戦略を展開する重要な役割を担っています。

2023年度より、eAGILEプログラムとして進化したタケダのGMS/GQの全組織で展開する活動を、成田工場の全部門を巻き込んで実行中です。このような背景の下、オペレーショナルエクセレンスチームは工場戦略に基づいた優先課題に注力し、製造パフォーマンスや品質の改善の成果獲得と、中長期視点での人財育成や継続的改善の文化醸成を推進しています。

職務内容

工場の改善活動の推進リーダーとして以下の業務を遂行してもらいます。

1. 工場の改善活動での成田工場の優先課題解決をリードする

工場戦略実現のための優先事項に対する活動を現場メンバーと共に推進し、積極的に展開する
改善を推進する手法（タケダ社内の改善オペレーティングシステム , LEAN, DMAIC等）や様々なデジタルツールを習得し、改善活動に活かす

2. 多岐に渡る関係部門とのコラボレーションを図る

主にグローバルを含めた他工場から改善のベストプラクティス事例を吸収し、成田工場内に共有し展開する
成田工場内やグローバル各工場に在籍する他の改善推進者と協力し合いながら、改善を推進する
改善成果発表会（国内外あり）での機会を活用して学びを共有し、参加者達との信頼関係を築く

3. 必要なコーチングの実践

改善活動では「マインドセットとカルチャーの変革」を一つの重要なコンセプトとしており、工場リーダーシップを含む全従業員に対して常に「マインドセットと行動」の変革を促す
成田工場で開催されるトレーニングやワークショップへの参加を通じて、自分自身がファシリテーターとなり、コーチングを実践する

　　 > プログラミング言語を使った経験（Excel VBA, SQL, Pythonなど）

GMP認定工場での勤務経験

デジタルに関係する資格や認定（情報処理技術者など）

英語（TOEIC：600点以上）※ビジネスレベルでのライティングミュニケーションがとれるレベルであること。英文資料作成業務有り

成田工場全体を俯瞰できる経験を通じて、各部門のつながりや優先課題を工場レベルの視点から捉えることができます。
実務では英語を話す機会も多く英語スキルの向上や、新たなデジタル技術導入を通じたデジタルスキル、その他以下のようなビジネスに活用できるスキルの習得ができます。

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
