成田工場（千葉県成田市）エンジニアリング室は、医薬品製造工場・研究所の設備(生産・研究設備、空調、配管、電気、計装)に関するオーナーズ･エンジニアリング業務(自社の立場に立ったエンジニアリング業務)を実施して成田工場のすべての設備のライフサイクル（導入立上げ・運用・更新）を支えている部門です。Work Life Balance及び Productivityに重点を置いたメリハリのある職場です。

募集職種・担当業務

洗浄バリデーション/Cleaning Validation

【職務内容】

• 成田工場の新設及び改良工事、また改善活動における洗浄バリデーション業務を実行します。
• 洗浄工程を評価し、バリデートする責任を負います。
• 主な業務には、計画書作成、バリデーション作業の調整、バリデーションの実施、最終報告書の作成、またバリデーションマスタープラン及び最終バリデーションパッケージの作成が含まれ、導入時と再バリデーションの両方の責任を有します。
• 洗浄機器及びこれに付随するコンピュータシステムの適格性を評価し、バリデートする責任を負い、導入、変更時及び再バリデーションの両方の責任を有します。
• 洗浄工程の課題の調査を行い、工程の改善を実施します。
• 規制当局へ提出、またはそれをサポートするバリデーション文書を作成、保管し、内部および外部の規制/コンプライアンス査察の際、必要に応じて利用できるようにします。
• 製造部門、エンジニアリング部門内、薬事部門、品質管理部門、また品質保証部門と日々連携して業務を行います。

【必須要件】

• 医薬品・医療機器製造業、また医薬品・医療機器製造業者者に設備、機器を供給する設備、機器メーカーにおける洗浄バリデーション活動に関連した実施経験（約2年以上）
• cGMP規制環境における作業規範に関する基本的な知識と業務経験（約3年以上）

【希望要件】

• 製造部門、エンジニアリング部門、または生産技術／テクニカルサービス部門での実務経験
• 工学または科学の分野における学士号、またはそれと同等の学位
• 製造及び洗浄工程及び設備、機器、またそれらに付随するコンピュータ化システムに関する知識
• バリデーション文書（計画書、報告書等）や関連手順書の作成経験
• 国内外の規制当局とのやり取りした経験（海外規制当局と英語でのやり取り経験があれば尚可）

※成田工場は2030年頃に十三工場へ移設を予定しています。
