Job Description
We are looking for candidates from Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Albania, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia.
Workplace can be in any of the above countries.
Role Objective
- Is an internal, LOC-resourced, techno-functional role designed to insource the delivery of applicable Campaign Operations services while operating closely within the overall Campaign Operations framework.
- Completed the necessary technology training and is equipped in Takeda’s specific campaign delivery playbooks to ensure the adherence to the data and technology standards.
- Collaborates closely with the MCO EE LOCs to categorize and channel the campaign demand between LOC / Central Service Delivery.
Responsibilities
- Creation of automated campaigns in SFMC and related assets (SFMC e-mail and Video) according to playbook and Takeda data and technology standards
- Journey orchestration: Creation of Data Extensions and Data Imports; Journey Testing and Execution; Providing Campaign Performance data.
- Collaborate with Central Service Delivery when their services are required: channel demand, development of more complex campaign assets that are out of technical scope.
- Collaborate with business users and managers in collecting and categorizing demand, setting projects, and identifying business & functional requirements.
- Provide consulting and expertise in key areas of focus (advise on journey and campaign assets design for better UX, measurement framework and data standards, process improvement)
