The Opportunity
We are seekingskilledProject Manager with astrongbackground in projectdelivery and digitalproductsdeliverywithin GXP compliantsystems. Experience in implementinginitiatives in Chromatography data systems (CDS) ispreferred.Ifyouthrive in a dynamicenvironment and possess a keenunderstanding of bothtraditional and agileprojectmethodologies, weinviteyou to joinourdedicated team. A keyaspect of the role will be managingdeployments in laboratory sites and supportingprojectdecisionsfordelivery of technicalsolutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead and managethe end-to-end deployment of projectsrelevant toChromatography dataSystem (CDS), ensuringadherence to regulatoryrequirements and industrybestpractices.
Collaborateseamlesslywithmultipleteamsacrossourmatrixedorganization, acting as a bridgebetweentechnical and business stakeholders to deliverintegrated and impactfulsolutions.
Provideguidance to projectteams and partners, ensuringconsistency in implementation of theselectedmethodology, as required to fulfilltheprocess, and qualitystandards.
Leverageyourextensive IT deliveryexperience to guide and mentor teamsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle, facilitatingsmoothexecution and delivery of IT projects.
Monitor and manageprojectrisks, issues, and dependencies, implementingmitigation and resolutionstrategies as needed.
Overseeprojectbudget, track expenses, and report on financialperformance, ensuringefficient resource allocation.
Collaboratecloselywithcross-functionalteams, fosteringeffectivecommunication, knowledgesharing, and alignment to achieveprojectmilestones and goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
A bachelor’sdegree or higher in a relevantfieldisrequired.
Provenexperiencewithdiverseprojectdeploymentswithin GXP compliantsystemsOR a minimum of 3years of hands-on PMexperience, demonstrating a track record of successfullymanaging and deliveringIT projects.
Strongproficiency in collaboratingwithmultipleteamswithin a matrixedorganization to drivesuccessfulsolutionimplementations.
Excellentcommunicationskills, allowingyou to facilitatediscussions, presentideasclearly, and foster collaborationamongdiversestakeholders.
A proactive and adaptablemindset, coupledwiththeability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment.
Workingexperiencewithproject management toolslike MS Project.
PreferredQualifications:
A deepunderstanding of various software developmentmodels, alongwiththeability to effectivelyapplybothtraditional and agileprojectmethodologiesbased on projectcontext.
ProvenexperiencewithIT deploymentswithinCDS
RegulatoryKnowledge: Familiaritywith FDA cGMP/GLP regulations.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
AgileSkills: Agile and Scrumexperience a plus.

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is €2800 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
