The Opportunity

As a SAP SCM Logistics consultant you will participate in global transformation initiatives, local deployment projects, and handle change requests primarily within SAP Logistics workstream, including inventory management, transportation, and external manufacturing. You will manage and coordinate the activities and capacity of the BOTT team; serve as the single point of contact for SAP Logistics workstream-related matters during the implementation of small to medium enhancements. You will serve as Intake Manager for new SAP requests and initiatives related to the SAP Logistics workstream, as well as cross-functional projects where the Logistics team leads. Collaborate with the internal Service Manager to support cost estimation and procurement of external FLEX consultants, assist DD&T with budget planning, and transition engagements that are ready for execution to the assigned Project Manager.

Must have skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Previous working experience as consultant from other big global IT companies.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of practical experience as consultant in SAP MM, SAP LE or SAP LE-TRA.
• Working experience with 3PL / 4PL warehouse integration solutions and transportation systems through interfaces using EDI or SOAP.
• Deep understanding of SAP Logistics, Inventory management and Transportation management functionalities and their integration with other SAP modules - especially SAP SD, SAP GTS, SAP WM/eWM, SAP PP, SAP QM.
• Ability to coordinate tasks force from India
• Intake management including covering scope identification, roles identification, high level time line determination ...
• Experience with S/4 HANA implementation project is great advantage.
• Historic track at least from 1+ full SAP Life-cycle Implementations (ECC, S/4 HANA).
• Ability to drive solution design workshops, propose options, explain pros and cons to stakeholders and then suggest proper implementation plan with subsequent delivery of all identified deliverables.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for project engagements.
• Ability to work in different time zones, for certain period of time (especially during design workshops and testing / training cycles), if required.
• Fluent in English and good communication skills.

Nice to have skills and experience:

• Consulting experience (as designer or tester) in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), GTS (Global trade services) or WM/eWM (Warehouse management).
• Supply chain logistics related working experience from pharmaceutical industry is great advantage.
• Experience with SDLC methodology, including tasks like develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including workflow, validation, and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements.

Salary

As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is €2650 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
