The Opportunity
As a SAP SCM Intake & Project Coordinator you will coordinate and participate in global transformation initiatives and local deployment projects.
- Participate in global transformation initiatives and local deployment projects within the SAP Logistics workstream, including inventory management, transportation, and external manufacturing.
- Manage and coordinate the activities and capacity of the BOTT team.
- Act as the single point of contact for SAP Logistics workstream–related matters during the implementation of small to medium enhancements.
- Serve as Intake Manager for new SAP requests and initiatives related to the SAP Logistics workstream, as well as cross-functional projects led by the Logistics team.
- Collaborate with the internal Service Manager to support cost estimation and the procurement of external consultants.
- Assist with budget planning and facilitate the transition of engagements ready for execution to the assigned Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a consultant in other large global IT companies or as a key user.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of practical experience as a consultant in SAP MM, SAP LE, or SAP LE-TRA.
- Experience with 3PL/4PL warehouse integration solutions and transportation systems through interfaces using EDI or SOAP.
- Experience with S/4 HANA implementation projects is a strong advantage.
- Track record of at least one full SAP life-cycle implementation (ECC or S/4 HANA).
- Ability to drive solution design workshops, propose options, explain pros and cons to stakeholders, and suggest an appropriate implementation plan with subsequent delivery of all identified deliverables.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Consulting experience (as a designer or tester) in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), GTS (Global Trade Services), or WM/eWM (Warehouse Management).
- Supply chain logistics experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage.
- Experience with SDLC methodology, including tasks such as: developing test cases, executing test plans, logging defects, and creating functional design specifications (including workflow, validation, and logic requirements). Ensure that designs can be traced back to requirements.

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is €2650 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
