Job Description
Objective / Purpose:
The Senior System Owner for Revvity Signals Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) to join our Research Data, Digital and Technology team. In this role, you will serve as Takeda’s internal expert on Revvity Signals, leading the configuration, implementation, and support of Revvity Signals ELN across our global research sites. You will partner closely with scientists, DD&T, and other business stakeholders to translate scientific workflows into efficient digital solutions, driving adoption and ensuring long-term system success.
Accountabilities:
Serve as Takeda’s internal subject matter expert for Revvity Signals ELN.
Lead and support the global rollout of Revvity Signals ELN across multiple R&D functions.
Configure Revvity Signals to support diverse scientific workflows, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.
Engage with users to understand laboratory processes, gather requirements, and deliver optimized solutions in Revvity Signals.
Partner with IT and vendor teams to ensure successful implementation, integration, and validation of the platform.
Provide ongoing user support, training, and adoption strategies, acting as the primary liaison between scientists and system teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop governance processes, manage enhancements, and prioritize new feature requests.
Manage relationships with Revvity Signals and 3rd-party implementation partners, ensuring effective vendor engagement, delivery quality, and alignment with Takeda’s needs.
Stay up to date with Revvity Signals product roadmap and proactively recommend improvements to maximize system value.
Education & Competencies (Technical and Behavioral):
MS with ~6+ years of industry related experience or BS with ~8+ years of industry related experience.
BS/MS in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or computational chemistry
Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Revvity Signals, preferably with experience in global system rollouts in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
Strong understanding of scientific workflows in drug discovery R&D organizations.
Demonstrated ability to translate scientific requirements into digital configurations and workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across scientific and technical teams.
Experience with global system rollouts in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
Familiarity with related digital lab systems (e.g., LIMS, data visualization, or analytics platforms).

Boston, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$137,000.00 - $215,270.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
