OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

• The Business Analyst in Intelligent Analytics with Power BI skills plays a critical role in leveraging data to drive business decisions and optimize organizational performance.

• This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced reporting solutions using Power BI.

• The role is  crucial role in transforming complex data sets into actionable insights, and enhancing data visualization capabilities.

• This role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient Power BI solutions that meet the business needs and support organizational objectives.

Accountabilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and insights.

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data and reports.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements and analytical solutions.

  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and data interpretation.

• Data Governance & Quality:

  • Implement data governance practices to ensure data quality and consistency.

  • Conduct regular data audits and clean-up exercises to maintain data integrity.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and Power BI.

  • Identify opportunities for improving data processes and reporting efficiency.

  • Propose and implement best practices and innovative solutions for business intelligence.

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as business Analytics with deep expertise in Power BI.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database management.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to present insights and conclusions from complex information in an easy-to-understand way and be able to maintain an impartial point of view

• Stakeholders' engagement and establish a collaborative community

• Experience in working in a global and multicultural environment
