このポジションはJPBUのDD&T Data Management のData Engineeringチームに所属しています。Data Engineeringチームは、主にJPBUのコマーシャルシステム(実消化・マスタ管理・DWH・データマート・データ連携・BIなど)を担当し、各種マスタ管理、セールス&マーケティング、MRの活動、デジタルチャネル、マーケットデータなどに関するデータとシステムを扱っています。

This position is part of the Data Engineering team in DD&T Data Management of JPBU. Data Engineering team is mainly responsible for JPBU's commercial systems (actual consumption, master management, DWH, data mart, data integration, BI, etc.) and handles data and systems related to various master management, sales and marketing, rep activities, digital channels, market data, etc.



The Master Data Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the architecture, configuration, integration, and governance of a master data management (MDM) system that ensures the quality, consistency, and accuracy of the organization's data assets. The MDM Lead works closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, data engineers, and IT teams to define and implement data standards, policies, and procedures. The MDM Lead also monitors and reports on the performance, availability, and security of the MDM system, and provides guidance and support to end-users and data consumers.

  • MDMシステムの設定、統合、データ品質プロセスを管理し、データの正確性、完全性、適時性を確保する。
  • データガバナンスポリシー、標準、ルールを策定・実施し、データプライバシーおよびセキュリティ規制の遵守を確保する。
  • ビジネス関係者、データアナリスト、データエンジニア、ITチームと協力し、データのニーズ、問題、機会を理解し文書化する。
  • MDMデータへのアクセス方法、利用方法、解釈方法について、エンドユーザーやデータ利用者にトレーニング、ガイダンス、サポートを提供する。
  • MDMシステムのパフォーマンス、可用性、セキュリティを分析・報告し、問題やリスクを特定して解決する。
  • MDM領域における新しい技術、ツール、トレンドを調査・評価し、MDMシステムの改善・強化を提案する。

  • Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the MDM system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices for whole of Takeda Japan.
  • Manage the MDM system configuration, integration, and data quality processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and rules, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, data engineers, and IT teams to understand and document data needs, issues, and opportunities.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users and data consumers on how to access, use, and interpret the MDM data.
  • Analyze and report on the MDM system performance, availability, and security, and identify and resolve any issues or risks.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and trends in the MDM domain, and recommend improvements and enhancements to the MDM system.



  • コンピュータサイエンス、情報システム、または関連分野の学士号、または同等の実務経験。

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.


  • MDMシステムの設計、開発、管理(できればInformaticaを使用)の経験が2年以上あること。
  • デジタルマーケティング領域におけるMDMの十分な経験

  • At least 2 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing MDM systems, preferably using Informatica
  • Good level of MDM experience with Digital Marketing domain


  • データモデリング、データ品質、データ統合、データガバナンスの概念と実践に関する深い知識。
  • SQL、ETL、スクリプト言語に習熟し、クラウド、ビッグデータ、アナリティクス技術に精通していること。
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力、協調性、問題解決能力を有し、部門横断的なチームや関係者と協働できること。
  • 細部、品質、正確性を重視し、複数のプロジェクトや優先順位を管理できること。
  • SAPの経験があれば尚可。
  • MDM、データガバナンス、データマネジメントの資格はあれば尚可。

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data quality, data integration, and data governance concepts and practices.
  • Proficient in SQL, ETL, and scripting languages, and familiar with cloud, big data, and analytics technologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience in SAP is a plus
  • Certification in MDM, data governance, or data management is a plus.
