Perfil das atividades:

Executar visitação médica frequente e nos demais locais de importância para o negócio. Participar na elaboração e gerenciamento do painel, implementar e propor ações táticas promocionais, identificar pontos de oportunidade, construir sólidos relacionamentos com clientes externos e internos, administrar de forma responsável os recursos disponíveis em seu território, garantindo o atingimento dos objetivos de negócios estabelecidos.

Principais responsabilidades:

Implementação de Estratégias de Marketing: Assegurar a demanda dos produtos, seguindo normas de ética e compliance da Takeda.

Gestão do Painel: Manter clientes de maior potencial, realizar contatos adequados, e manter informações cadastrais atualizadas.

Conhecimento de Produtos e Concorrentes: Aumentar credibilidade e segurança nas interações através do conhecimento aprofundado.

Monitoramento de Resultados: Analisar informações de mercado e elaborar planos de ação com apoio do gestor.

Trabalho em Sinergia: Colaborar com diversas áreas para troca de informações e boas práticas.

Atividades Administrativas e Planejamento de Eventos: Garantir cumprimento dos prazos e normas estabelecidas.

Integração com Consultores: Promover interação e alinhamento de iniciativas entre colegas.

Autodesenvolvimento: Identificar pontos de melhoria e definir o PDI para desenvolvimento na carreira.

Pré-requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Administração de Empresas, Publicidade e Propaganda, Farmácia ou correlatas.

  • Conhecimentos em informática (Pacote Office), técnicas de vendas e atendimento ao cliente, e ferramentas de análise de mercado.

  • Conhecimentos em inglês é desejável.

  • Capacidade de comunicação eficaz e fluente em reuniões de negócios ou debates.

  • Habilidade para elaborar e apresentar relatórios e seminários, além de compreender textos técnicos complexos.

  • Já haver atuado no mercado de vacinas.

  • Experiência nas especialidades: pediatria, ginecologia, infectologia, endocrinologia e/ou medicina do trabalho.

  • Moradia na Região de São Paulo ou região de Campinas.

Informações Adicionais: Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais.
