Job Description
About the role:
The Executive Assistant, provides advanced administrative and secretarial services to the organization. This role supports high-level executives by managing schedules, keeping relationships with Trade Associations, preparing documents and facilitating communication, contributing to the smooth operation of the executive office. Ideally the candidate should have good project management skills.
How you will contribute:
Manage executive schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office professionally
Prepare and format documents, demonstrating advanced proficiency in business software
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive information
Serve as an effective intermediary, facilitating clear communication between the executive and others
Provide guidance and support to junior administrative staff, enhancing team capabilities
Analyze and address administrative challenges, applying creative problem-solving skills
Skills and qualifications:
Degree in Economics or Similar
Fluent in Italian
Fluent in English
Manages executive schedules with precision, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office professionally
Prepares and formats documents, demonstrating advanced proficiency in business software
Upholds the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive information

Analyzes and addresses administrative challenges, applying creative problem-solving skills
At this level, you will leverage your expertise to contribute to the development of materials, concepts, and techniques. You will demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, anticipate broader implications of assignments, and may provide support to high-level executives. You will handle complex tasks that require independent action, initiative, and may involve guiding less experienced staff. Extensive knowledge and advanced skills in various processes, procedures, and systems are essential. Your role will often require strategic communications with external and internal stakeholders, and you will work autonomously with minimal supervision, occasionally mentoring less experienced team members.
