ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Create programs and tactics customized to different customer groups including HCPs, patients, patient associations and media

  • Development and implementation of promotional materials

  • Implement multi-channel solutions including digital, mailings & newsletter, media & PR activities for all customers line with the strategic plan and compliance

  • Strategic and tactical lead of Takeda´s congress activities

  • Has a strong understanding of the local market and closely monitors environmental changes and competitor activities in order to be able to fine tune planned tactics;

  • Achieving the above through effective liaising, networking and working relationships with the Takeda Market Access Team, DD&T Team, Brand Team, Takeda country Medical Department, KAMs, Commercial Excellence and other relevant outsource agencies;

  • Developing and maintaining strong, effective and constructive team relationships (Agency, Specialists and their associations, Advisory groups) and KOL networks by taking a leadership role in the communication and liaison between all pertinent external customers;

  • Identifying and raising relevant issues, and proposing potential solutions, through the appropriate internal and external channels;

  • Achieving best-in-class customer focus with significant dedicated time for regular interactions with customers

  • Implementation of multi-channel innovative communication approaches to customers

  • Utilizing new market research approaches with business partners to assess business risks and opportunities.

  • Proactively identifying brand opportunities and issues that require analysis of Business Information to create new approaches or new market opportunities.

  • Develop short- and long-term forecasts based on deep domain expertise, identifying risks, opportunities, and the impact of internal and external market trends.

SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities, with a proven ability to interpret market trends, assess competitive environments, and translate insights into actionable plans.

  • Demonstrated experience in multi-channel marketing, including digital platforms, communications, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines.

  • High level of business acumen, with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and innovative approaches to brand management and product positioning.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships across internal teams, external stakeholders, agencies, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions through appropriate channels.

  • Customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to achieving best-in-class customer focus and engagement.

  • Championing a growth mindset, consistently seek learning opportunities and embrace challenges

  • Fluency in English required;
