Job Description
Job Function:
The Junior Finance Digital Specialist at Takeda blends strategic insight with operational excellence. While managing essential office and fleet operations, the role also supports financial deliverables to turn insights into impactful actions. Leveraging AI and digital tools, the specialist streamlines workflows, enhances data integrity, and drives transformation.
How you will contribute:
Drive digital adoption across administrative and financial processes. Maintain and optimize records and dashboards using Power BI, and automation. Advocate for emerging technologies such as GenAI to elevate agility.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office and fleet management, ensuring smooth execution of administrative processes. Champion efficiency by continuously evaluating and enhancing workflows, using AI-powered tools to automate tasks, improve data accuracy, and streamline compliance.
Support the Finance Head with financial deliverables, including budget control, tax compliance, and audit preparation combining traditional methods with AI-enabled approaches—to inform decision-making.
Navigate ambiguity with sound judgment and empathy. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ethical AI use, and collaborative learning. Uphold Takeda’s values—Patient, Trust, Reputation, Business—in every decision.

Immediately report any adverse reactions to the Pharmacovigilance department per internal procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in office administration and financial support roles, preferably in a global corporate setting.
Digital fluency and comfort with AI tools, and data governance principles
Organization skills and demonstrated ability to navigate in multi-tasking / cross-functional projects
Knowledge of basic financial principles and ideally some foundations of P&L management, financial control, and compliance.
High personal integrity, dependable, and proactive problem-solver, committed to continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication skills.
Growth mindset with openness to reskilling and embracing emerging technologies.
