About the role:
The TA Operations Manager will support the Global TA Operations Lead in overseeing the coordination and operational execution of Talent Acquisition activities across the Americas Region. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient, scalable, and candidate-centric hiring operations — including interview scheduling, offer management, background checks, onboarding readiness, and recruitment systems. The manager will work closely with internal TA stakeholders, HR functions, legal teams, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with global TA strategies.
How you will contribute:
Assist with managing day-to-day TA operations across the Americas, including RPO and internal coordinator performance, ensuring seamless execution of interview logistics, offers, background checks, and pre-boarding.
Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures based on strategies set by the Global TA Operations Lead to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the Global TA Operations Lead to proactively identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or regional nuances, and partner to develop streamlined solutions and improvements.
Monitor and drive optimal use of recruitment tools and propose enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including travel agencies, background check providers, and RPO partners, ensuring service quality and compliance.
Collaborate with DEI teams and support operational initiatives that foster a fair and inclusive candidate experience.
Contribute to operational reporting and dashboards that inform leadership on performance, trends, and improvement areas.
Stay informed of TA operations best practices, emerging technologies, and industry benchmarks to inform strategy.
Skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations; global or matrixed organization experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive process improvements in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, with a focus on operations including, interview logistics, offer generation, background checks, and onboarding.
Proficient in ATS and TA tools; experience with Workday Recruiting strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
Hybrid to Lexington, MA with a minimum of 5 days per month in office.

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
