  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and site subject-matter experts.

  • Partner with enterprise and solution architects to implement global architecture standards and target designs at site level, providing operational feedback to improve them.

  • Lead or contribute to small and medium IT/OT projects and continuous-improvement initiatives (stability, performance, lifecycle, patching, network segmentation).

  • Plan for, respond to, and recover from service outages, ensuring minimal impact to manufacturing operations.

  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge articles, and configuration data.

  • Coach junior colleagues and promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and operational discipline.

  • Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity, and EHS requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What you bring to Takeda

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (IT, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automation, or related field)

  • Solid hands-on experience in IT/OT or infrastructure support within a manufacturing or similarly critical environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, endpoint hardware, and basic networking (DHCP, DNS, VLANs).

  • Experience with Active Directory, endpoint management, backup solution issue-tracking tools, and shop-floor user support.
  • PowerShell or automation exposure, ITIL knowledge, basic security/network tooling, and experience with validated (GxP) systems.

  • Experience working with or following enterprise architecture standards and governance

  • Clear communicator with strong documentation discipline, a learning mindset, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver sustainable solutions.

  • Fluent English, French a plus
