Sobre a posição:

Este cargo tem como missão principal apoiar o planejamento, execução e entrega de projetos de Transformação Digital e Tecnologia (DD&T), proporcionando ao estagiário a oportunidade de aprender e desenvolver habilidades em um ambiente dinâmico e inovador. O estagiário trabalhará em colaboração com equipes multifuncionais e terá a chance de desenvolver projetos, contribuindo para o sucesso das entregas.

Como você irá contribuir:

Participar do planejamento, execução e entrega de projetos DD&T;
Engajar-se regularmente com stakeholders para entender suas expectativas, coletar feedback e resolver preocupações ao longo do ciclo de vida do projeto;
Fornecer relatórios de status, incluindo atualizações precisas e oportunas sobre o status do projeto, marcos alcançados e quaisquer desvios do plano original;
Analisar conjuntos de dados para identificar tendências, padrões e insights focados nas prioridades e necessidades do site/função;
Desenvolver e manter dashboards e relatórios, fornecendo insights acionáveis em tempo quase real e promovendo o engajamento dos usuários;
Criar visualizações de dados intuitivas e apresentações que comuniquem efetivamente os achados para stakeholders e apoiem a tomada de decisões baseada em dados;
Promover um ambiente de trabalho seguro e saudável, seguindo os procedimentos de segurança de acordo com as políticas de compliance;
Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e como colaborador individual em um ambiente de mudanças rápidas.

O que você irá trazer:

Estar cursando Graduação no período noturno em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Matemática, Programação ou área relacionada;
Disponibilidade para estagiar por 2 anos;
Necessário conhecimento em Pacote Office;
Desejável conhecimento em Python, power automate, power apps, power BI;
Habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal, com forte desejo de trabalhar em equipes multifuncionais
Habilidades de resolução de problemas e análise
Interesse por tecnologias disruptivas, inovação e habilidade para trabalhar com temas de transformação digital
Inglês nível básico
Conhecimento básico em algoritmos de aprendizado de máquina e inteligência artificial (IA)
Interesse em explorar e aplicar técnicas de IA para resolver problemas reais através de prompts
