【募集部署の紹介:検査グループ】


製造された注射器やバイアル(注射薬を入れる小さな瓶)等を検査する「検査グループ」での募集となります。
目視や専用の機械を用いて、小さな傷や異物がないかチェックする専門の部署です。
クリーンルームと呼ばれる衛生環境の管理された作業室で、一つ一つ丁寧に検査を行います。


人数:40人程度
男女比:7割程が女性
年齢層:20代~40代が多め

【業務内容】

目視または機械での検査を通して、注射器やバイアル(注射薬を入れる小さな瓶)等の不良箇所を特定する業務です。
検査項目については、外観上の欠陥、ストッパー等の部品の有無、異物の有無、沈殿や変色、内容物の過不足などあらかじめ決められている上、入社後に2~3か月の丁寧な研修期間がありますので、未経験の方でも全く問題ございません。

100本~150本/時間
500~700/日
30分検査し、その後10分休憩を行います。

この繰り返しで作業を進めていきます。
また、立ち・座りどちらの姿勢でも作業できますので身体への負担は少ないです。

【研修について】


全社共通研修:1週間
検査グループでの実技を交えた研修期間:2~3か月
研修期間中に「検査員資格」を取得していただきます。
丁寧に研修を行いますので、通常1か月~2か月程で合格する方が多いです。

【必須要件】

・高校卒業資格以上

・検査業務を行うにあたり、近視力と遠視力が左右ともに1.0以上(眼鏡・コンタクト着用可)

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
