Job Description

目的・役割

  • cGMP、市場の要求レベルおよびSOPを満たすように医薬品を製造する。
  • 業務遂行において安全性とコンプライアンスを確保する責任を持つ。

主な業務内容

  • BR(バッチレコード)や関連文書の詳細かつ正確な記録。
  • 製造設備および施設の洗浄手順の遵守。
  • 固形製剤の製造・包装作業における設備の運転および製造業務の実施。
  • 製造ラインの切り替え作業の実施。
  • 担当業務に関する生産記録の継続的な管理。
  • 工程管理試験の現場実施および正確な記録。
  • 安全かつ効率的な業務遂行。
  • チームメンバーとの協力による業務推進。
  • メンバーへのOJT(オン・ザ・ジョブ・トレーニング)への協力。
  • 問題発生時の迅速かつ明確な報告(FLへの報告)。
  • cGMP、コンプライアンス、規制義務および品質要件の遵守。
  • 継続的な改善活動(AGILE)への参画。
  • 部門目標やタケダイズム達成のための関連業務の遂行。

応募資格・スキル

  • 高等学校卒業以上。
  • 計測に関する知識。
  • 機械および制御システムの動作原理に関する基本的理解。
  • 四則演算等の算術知識。
  • 計算機の使用経験。
  • SOPBRなどの口頭・書面指示事項への的確な対応能力。
  • 正確な記載能力。
  • 個人作業およびチーム作業の両方に対応できる能力。
  • 日本語の読み書きによる指示内容の理解力。
  • 製造設備の操作能力。
  • cGMP要求事項の遵守能力。

歓迎要件

  • 高等専門学校卒業以上。
  • 英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力。
  • 2年以上の実務経験、または同等の技術トレーニング・認定。

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

  • Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
