Title: Delivery Lead for Donor Engagement Portfolio - Plasma Derived Therapies - Data & Digital Products

About the Role:
The ICC PDT Delivery Lead will lead the delivery of donor engagement portfolio in the Plasma Derived Therapies (PDT) business, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business goals. This role will oversee the entire product lifecycle across the engagement portfolio, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of digital transformation projects. You will provide leadership to teams, manage product requirements, and engage with stakeholders to optimize end-user experiences.

As part of the ICC PDT Circle team, you’ll play a crucial role in developing the PDT DD&T delivery capabilities, enabling us to design, build, and deploy applications that align with the overall PDT business strategy—on time and with uncompromised quality. This role will work closely with the PDT Delivery Leadership and the larger Customer-Facing Applications portfolio team across India and globally, aligning with the External Experience chapter of the ICC. You’ll report to the ICC PDT Leadership team for strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities / How will you Contribute:

• Product Strategy & Execution
  • Assist with and contribute to the definition and execution of the product vision and strategy for donor-facing applications.
  • Ensure alignment with product goals and vision and focus on enhancing end-user experiences.
  • Drive product development and innovation by integrating advanced technologies such as AI and Gen AI.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Demonstrate strong ability to deliver Products by leading cross functional teams comprising of BA’s, Development and Quality engineering teams, , and support teams.
  • Facilitate consensus among stakeholders and manage trade-offs to align on key product decisions.
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement to understand challenges and ensure products meet market needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Product Lifecycle & Delivery Management
  • Work closely with BA’s, Development and Quality engineering teams for creation and maintenance of product documentation, roadmaps, and specifications.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept to post-launch assessment, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Hold teams accountable to deadlines, ensuring the successful execution of product lifecycle in an Agile first Product Mindset driven approach.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects, on time and within budget.
  • Define, Measure & report against key project management KPI's to ensure quality & speed of delivery.
• Market Insight & Competitive Edge
  • Guide teams in conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and drive product innovation.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure products maintain a competitive edge and align with industry standards.
• Team Leadership & Compliance to Industry Standards
  • Foster a high-performance team culture, focusing on execution, outcomes, and collaboration.
  • Provide leadership and support to teams to help them achieve their goals and continuously improve performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance on project portfolio management, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance project delivery capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and internal governance processes.
  • Provide thought leadership on industry-specific regulatory requirements and digital transformation within Life Sciences.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 8-12 years) in project delivery and product management.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in a multi-country/ distributed setting, delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in Agile project management methodologies, with a focus on enabling teams to adopt Agile practices effectively.
• Proven experience leading the development and management of customer-facing applications across multiple platforms (Mar-tech, Mobile, Web).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of advanced technologies such as AI, Automation, and analytics.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive product development by translating user/business problems into actionable requirements for teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain an agile mindset.
• Experience in overseeing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Delivery leadership roles within the Life Sciences industry
• Understanding of industry-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, FDA, EMA) and knowledge of Life Sciences operations (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, etc.).
