Job Description
Supply Chain Artwork Executive
Join a dynamic team where precision meets innovation—drive impactful supply chain and artwork operations in a collaborative global environment.
This role supports the daily operations of the Supply Chain and Artwork Department, ensuring high standards and timely delivery to meet the needs of various internal stakeholders. Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners at all levels.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local operating companies (LOCs) and partners to generate and approve artwork, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Support artwork and mock-up creation for new product introductions or transfers.
- Lead or support artwork and supply chain improvement initiatives.
- Represent the TIL Artwork Department in global forums when required.
- Review global artwork procedures for local compliance and update as necessary.
- Manage artwork-related GMP documents, including GPS, BOMs, material revision forms, and shipping labels.
- Oversee artwork revision projects, ensuring timely updates and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with Planning and Purchasing teams to meet shipping deadlines.
- Focus on cost reduction for artwork revision and origination charges.
- Handle material obsolescence and disposal processes.
- Conduct SME reviews on GMP documentation and support department KPIs.
- Manage new product introductions, including timeline updates, item code assignments, and stakeholder coordination.
- Create and manage Supply Chain Notification (SCN) flows for market launches and supply route changes.
- Initiate and coordinate change requests within the Quality Management System.
- Provide support for supply chain projects and activities as needed.
Your Profile
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an artwork-related role, preferably within supply chain or a closely related department.
- Experience with SAP/MDG and artwork management tools is an advantage
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
