Job Description
About the Role
Join Takeda as a Process Owner for the Central Warehouse in Vienna, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring compliant, efficient, and continuously improving warehouse and dispatch processes.
How You Will Contribute:
- Maintain and update process guidelines (e.g., SOPs, MBRs, forms) to ensure compliance with regulations in the Warehouse and Dispatch department.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to GMP, quality, and EHS requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize results.
- Continuously improve and adjust process descriptions to align with current regulations (e.g., GxP, EHS) in partnership with clients and other departments.
- Provide expert opinions and approvals for plans and reports.
- Represent the site and processes during inspections, audits, and visitor tours.
- Conduct Gemba Walks to supervise and enhance processes through continuous improvement.
- Lead or represent the unit in projects and cross-functional meetings.
- Support the JDE/SAP/Warehouse Manager, drive operational efficiency, and participate in problem-solving and improvement initiatives.
What You Bring to Takeda:
- Strong ability to work autonomously with assertiveness, reliability, and a solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational talent and problem-solving skills.
- High level of safety awareness and quality consciousness.
- Distinct social and team-oriented skills with strong collaboration capabilities.
- Technical understanding and proficiency in MS Office, as well as fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, and warehousing, with high-level GMP knowledge.
- Academic education (preferably in technical, economic, or logistics fields) and several years of relevant professional experience.

A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 5.538,85 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
