Job Description
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for developing and driving the marketing strategy for BioLife EU (Austria, Hungary and Czech Republic) as well as execution of some aspects of operative Marketing for BioLife Austria. As part of the EU Leadership Team, you will share your subject matter expertise with key stakeholders and closely collaborate on jointly moving our operations continuously towards growing donor numbers and satisfaction.
Your Opportunity:
Develop, drive and lead the marketing strategy for BioLife EU plasma centers (Austria, Hungary and Czech Republic)
Lead the development of marketing plans for BioLife plasma centers in Austria including the annual Global Brand Plan in line with Brand positioning, strategies, and goals
Partner with core global team leads and operations affiliates to ensure delivery of the Global Brand Plan
Lead and develop an international team of 3 direct reports responsible for marketing BioLife centers in Austria, Hungary and Czech Republic
Collaborate with external agencies, internal partners and leadership to build brand awareness, digital channels and direct donor communications with strong oversight of agency relationships
Investigate new consumer targeting opportunities to support business goals and build strategic recommendations to leadership
Plan and deliver the CRM marketing strategy and execution for plasma donors to support them throughout their journey in order to accelerate awareness, conversion, retention and referrals
Maintain a strong understanding of the donor journey, deriving insights from the data that will help to inform strategy and tactical implications
Work with internal cross functions groups (Public Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Medical) and external agencies to ensure integration and consistency of BioLife business strategies and regulatory compliance of promotional material
Effectively track and manage the marketing budget
Your Skills and Qualifications:
Completed education in Marketing or related field (Master´s degree preferred)
7+ years of experience in brand marketing in CPG and/or consumer products brand environment with agency experience as a plus
Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of applying marketing concepts in the development of marketing plans and programs including brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT analysis, market research, etc.
Experience with working in multi-unit consumer facing channel highly desired
CRM experience including direct mail and e-mail preferred
Fluency in German and English required, additional languages (e.g. Czech, Hungarian) beneficial
Willingness to travel approx. 15% - 20% of working time (Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria),the rest of the working time can be managed from the office in Vienna (2 days/ week) and home office
Ability to influence senior management as well as work with all levels in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment

Motivated employees must be remunerated accordingly. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 5.538,85 gross/month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) plus attractive annual bonus. The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
