Job Title: Warehouse Manager

About the role:

How you will contribute:

1.负责仓库整体工作事务及日常工作管理，负责各项工作计划、培训计划、考核计划的有效性、合理性并督促完成计划任务。

2.协调部门与各职能部门的工作；保持与公司各部门以及集团其他同职能工厂保持良好的沟通、合作关系。

3.带领仓储物流团队，在遵守行业/公司相关法律法规制度的前提下，结合业内技术革新，提升团队业务水平和能力，加强库房的场地、设施的建设和管理，不断改善各项流程和方法，明确管理标准。

4.管理进出口职能，健全进出口物流的运营管理，和全球团队密切合作，在合规的基础上优化流程，降低成本，提高效率。

5.了解并遵守行业相关法律法规和公司全球及本地的相应制度，并带领团队共同提高。

6.领导团队遵守公司规定及SOP，包括GMP及EHS相关要求，独立掌握并完成日常及紧急情况下的操作。理解并传达EHS对该团队的职责，报告并组织关闭不符合EHS规定的事项，协调部门按时完成EHS行动项。履行国家市场监督管理总局令第74号-场车安全总监的各项职责。

7.负责带领全体人员积极投入安全教育，定期培训、演练，持续提升员工安全意识及技能。

8.负责正向传递、平衡公司与员工间的管理需求，并积极反馈员工的心声和诉求。

9.具备时刻保持学习的态度，发现业务短板能够积极寻找提升的机会

10.接受并完成上级交代的其他工作任务。

What you bring to Takeda:

1.本科及以上学历, 制造业3年以上工作经验。

2.熟悉GMP/GSP,仓储,进出口相关法律法规和实操, 医药行业5年以上经验。

3.具备仓储物流管理及良好的团队管理能力。

4.良好的沟通能力、执行能力和质量意识。

5.项目管理经验，SAP应用能力是加分项。

6.冷链物流经验为加分项。

7.熟练的计算机能力和英语能力。
