Job Description
Job Scope
In this role, the HR Intern will partner with various key stakeholders in the local and global Takeda organization to perform site wide learning and communication responsibilities. If you are passionate and enthusiastic to learn the biopharmaceutical process at a holistic perspective, you will enjoy your learning journey with this fun and close-knit team.
The key responsibilities of the HR Intern are as below.
HR Support
Responsible to coordinate onsite Learning and Training activities (includes logistics arrangement, planning and scheduling, management of global to local materials)
Support administration of documents and training claims preparation for audit (internal and external)
Provide other operational support and administration as assigned by supervisor
Preferred Job Requirements or Experience
Keen interest to work in a biopharmaceutical industry
Experience in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented and proactive towards job responsibilities
Good interpersonal and analytical skills
Ability to manage various stakeholders
