Job Description
PURPOSE
Lead a Product team. Development of brand marketing and promotion strategy for a defined group of brands and high quality preparation of new launches. Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brands. Prepare and actively participate in sales meetings, execution of promotional campaigns. Provide leadership, coaching and training to junior marketing managers. Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a small team of product managers and project supervisors.
- Development of sales and investment targets for a group of brands (in-market and pipeline).
- Develop product strategies, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budget of defined group of brands.
- Establish market research programs and market insights for group of brands and monitor / anticipate market development.
- Provide input into strategic plan related to responsible brand segments and on ad hoc request from senior management.
- Develop and coach team members.
- Ensure that compliance guidelines are fully respected in marketing driven activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business management or marketing.
Working Experience in Relevant Field
- 8+ years of marketing and/or sales experiences in pharmaceutical industry, 3+ years at manager level.
Professional Knowledge and Skills
- Strong business orientation, good business sense and ability to think out of box utilizing science to create competitive advantage.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English both in verbal and written.
- Office software operation skills.
