Job Description

与KA团队、SFE团队以及市场研究供应商合作，全面系统地了解宏观环境和市场准入趋势，并利用数字技术，进一步挖掘现有数据中的业务潜力，为策略决策提供参考。同时优化数据报告分析流程，提升内部效率。
1.   基于医院准入数据，全渠道销售数据和医院政策相关数据提供业务分析与洞见。
2.   运用数据分析工具和方法，对收集的数据进行深入分析，挖掘数据背后的业务规律和趋势，为业务决策提供有力支持。
3.   与SFE团队合作进行月度准入数据分析，跟踪准入绩效和运营绩效。
4.   与BE和DDT团队合作，利用数字技术完善医院准入数据平台的搭建。
5.   准备详细的报告和展示数据洞察和影响分析。
7.   其他数据分析方面的支持。

Qualifications & Skills

本科以上，经济学、工商管理、市场研究或相关领域优先。
3年以上在数据分析、市场研究或制药行业相关领域的工作经验。
具备较强的分析技能，能够解读复杂数据并提供可行性洞见。
熟练使用数据分析工具和软件（例如，Excel、SPSS、SAS等）。
拥有出色的沟通和展示能力，能够有效地向不同受众传递复杂信息。
了解制药行业及相关法规者优先。
能够独立工作并作为团队的一员，具有较强的组织能力和多任务处理能力。
