Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 负责公司层面上各部门奖金政策的制定,驱动公司年度业务运营策略的落地执行,确保奖金政策驱动在公司层面的有效性和目标匹配的一致性,制定具有行业竞争力的薪资体系和激励体系;
  • 带领团队制定出公司跨BU的按业务和产品属性分类的奖金设计,包含新产品(普药、特药)、战略产品、成熟产品的OTI(目标奖金值),保证公司不同产品间的奖金的公平性、合理性和激励性, 助力公司整体业务目标的达成;
  • 运用先进的模算逻辑和模型管理奖金预算,确保奖金发放符合计划;
  • 对营销奖金计划进行持续跟踪和分析,监督总体营销业绩和营销激励的效果,快速响应和支持业务特殊情况和外部市场情况的变化的策略调整;
  • 确保奖金计算流程的及时性和合理性,保证奖金的即使发放;
  • 精准、及时进行营销奖金政策的培训与沟通,带领奖金团队建立积极有效的沟通平台,确保所有营销团队能更清晰的理解公司奖金政策;
  • 建立奖金计算系统更新迭代计划蓝图,最大化数字化能力,提高运算效能及准确性;
  • 辅导、发展团队人员,做好人才保留和梯队建设。

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 大学本科及以上学历,数学、统计学专业优先
  • 要求医药行业Top MNC 7年以上SFE领域相关工作经历
  • 两年以上奖金设计相关工作
  • 有管理团队经验
  • 优秀的沟通能力及领导力;
  • 优秀的逻辑思维及分析能力,熟悉市场营销,医疗,销售和人力资源相关内容;
  • 优秀的数据洞察和数据分析能力;
  • 良好的表达能力,丰富的项目管理经验;
  • 英文流利,熟练操作相关统计分析软件如SPSS\R\Python等;有运用和学习AI工具的能力和意愿
