Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and Execute Launch Strategies: Lead the formulation of launch plans for PTCL-indicated products, integrating market trends, competitor analysis, and company objectives to create comprehensive, innovative go-to-market plans. Ensure these plans are executed efficiently and effectively.
2. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct regular market research in the PTCL space, collecting and analyzing market data, patient needs, physician feedback, and competitor activities. Provide a robust foundation for product positioning and marketing campaign design to support precise market entry.
3.Brand Building & Promotion: Shape the brand identity of PTCL-indication and develop brand communication strategies. Leverage omnichannel resources (online and offline) – such as academic conferences, partnerships with professional media, and patient education initiatives – to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, sales teams, and R&D departments to ensure aligned goals and coordinated actions throughout product launch and promotion. For example, partner with Medical Affairs to deliver specialized medical support, empowering sales teams to strengthen promotion outcomes.
5. Marketing Activity Management: Plan and oversee diverse marketing initiatives, including budget development, vendor management, execution oversight, and performance evaluation. Continuously refine activity plans to optimize ROI .
6. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical institutions, and patient organizations. Gain deep insights into stakeholder needs through regular communication and needs assessments, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related fields, with a solid professional knowledge base to deeply understand the PTCL disease landscape and product characteristics.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing and promotion experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with at least 2 years specializing in oncology. Preference for candidates with a proven track record of successful product launches or promotions. Familiarity with the oncology market’s dynamics and operational models is required.
3. Skills:
Keen market acumen to accurately identify trends and adapt swiftly to market changes.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, with strong data analysis skills to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities to efficiently facilitate cross-function collaboration.
Strong project management skills to ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, to standard, and in full.
4. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with the ability to read English professional literature fluently, participate in international academic exchanges and collaborations, and stay updated on global industry trends.
5. Other Attributes: Proactive work ethic, strong sense of responsibility, and innovative mindset. Ability to maintain high productivity in high-pressure environments, with sound professional ethics and compliance awareness.
