Job Description

PURPOSE

  • Develop Strategic Learning and Empowerment System: formulating a learning and empowerment strategy based on business needs and market trend, design and timely upgrade curriculums system according to competency model.
  • Enhance Training Quality and Effectiveness: Develop programs to elevate trainer capabilities, incorporating rigorous evaluation and certification processes to advance instructional expertise. Design a robust training evaluation system and quality assurance framework to continuously refine training content, delivery methods, and assessment standards.
  • Organizational Development and Innovation: Foster innovative learning and empowerment initiatives, streamline workflows, amplify value creation, monitor learning and empowerment system’s efficiency and effectiveness, continuous to facilitate organizational development by innovative programs, thereby maximizing the impact of learning and development efforts within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Learning and Empowerment Strategy Formulation: Aid the head of learning & empower to determine the L&E strategy and prioritize empowerment programs based on business requirements, ensuring the training strategy is aligned with business insights, needs, and market trends.
2.Learning and Empowerment System Development:

  • Establish a Comprehensive Learning and Empowerment System: Build and maintain a robust learning and empowerment system, including targeted learning pathways and curricula to enhance employee capabilities at all career levels. Continuously refine operational standards—such as teaching methods, co-visitation practices, and evaluation processes—to align with business needs, organizational goals, and market demands.
  • Strategic Course System Development: Collaborate with multiple training teams to lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive course system. Regularly update training content based on the latest market trends, business insights, and organizational objectives to ensure relevance and impact.
  • Innovate Training Materials and Methodologies: Continuously refine course materials and instructional methodologies to optimize learning outcomes. Incorporate cutting-edge educational technologies and theories to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Leverage Digital Technologies for Training Transformation:Integrate digital tools to revolutionize the design and delivery of training modules and assessments. Utilize AI-driven analytics and other advanced technologies to create engaging, personalized, and scalable learning experiences that are measurable across the organization.

3.Training Assessment and Optimization: Establish a robust assessment mechanism and methodology to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives. Ensuring the quality and consistency of training delivery across the organization.
4.Trainer Capability Enhancement and Monitoring:

  • Develop and curate high-quality training programs focused on capability enhancement, aligned with business objectives, employee development needs and industry development trend.
  • Develop and implement a robust training quality assurance framework, including comprehensive criteria for Train-The-Trainer (TTT) programs, evaluation standards for training initiatives. Oversee the course certification process, establishing rigorous assessment criteria to evaluate and enhance trainers’ instructional skills.

5.Innovative Learning & Empowerment Project management: Design and implement innovative project to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of L&E working model and (or) value demonstration.
6.Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support the overall goals and objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and above

Working Experience in Relevant Field

  • More than 8 years’ experience in Learning Design and Development, Organizational Development, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • Showcasing a strong theoretical foundation and understanding of learning and development principles
  • Training delivery and management experience is preferred

Professional Knowledge and Skills

Training Strategy Planning and Project Management:

  • Ability to formulate and implement training strategies that align with business insights, needs, and market trends, and to lead the team in the development and advancement of learning projects.

Advanced Professional Mastery:

  • Demonstrate deep expertise in diagnosing issues, project design, learning design, and assessment design with a comprehensive understanding of these areas. Possess the ability to integrate this knowledge with business challenges, offering solutions that address specific organizational needs.
  • Capability of delivering training in person and developing new course experience, well understand the methodology.

Analytical and Evaluative Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives using quantitative and qualitative data. The ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve learning outcomes.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Communication Skills:

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities, able to work smoothly in a multi-departmental cooperation environment, advancing the implementation of projects and solutions.
